MY ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO ME OR REFUNDED, A MONTH LATER!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I returned a product and the return was rejected, however, I still have not received my product back, it has been almost a month now - no refund, no original item, and no replacement. The agents keep giving me generic responses promising to get back to me that they will "contact the relevant department and get back to me". The references they keep giving me are incorrect and belong to someone else. The tracking number for the return belonged someone else which can be clearly seen on the records but they claim to have returned it to me and "concluded" the return. There has been so much dishonesty and poor customer service, if the courier has lost my package then just say so and replace my watch! I'm utterly disgusted by the lack of professionalism and follow-through.
