My fossil watch

Good afternoon I need help I bought a fossil rose gold watch from Takealot it was on special for 2000 months later my watch fell i realized it was still under warranty so I logged a return for it to be fixed they evaluated the watch and promised to fix ,they sent me an update that my watch will be delivered I was happy kanti no they will deliver an old Daniel Klein watch I called them again they apologize and told me it was a mix up it’s been two months now… they keep on sending emails promising to deliver they don’t What can I do I’m fed up.
