My delivery is not important

<p>I ordered products on the website. I never received any email or SMS about the delivery and the delivery was cancelled. I ordered the products again. This morning the couriere services phone and I explained that the driver should wait for me as i have an ankle injury. He decided to leave. The delivery is now scheduled for 13:00. Hope it happens. </p> <p>The excuse: The driver has otehr deliveries to do as well. So my delivery is not important? Wondering if I should do any further business with them as my deliveries are not important.</p>
