My daughter will now be paying for their incompetence

Decided to buy my daughter a phone for her birthday, chose the one she wanted accepted the delivery date which is a day before her birthday paid R7000. They deliver a R150 Bluetooth speaker. Now I will have to wait between 3-5 days for them to investigate. Daughetr is crying like hell and managers not available or willing to speak to me. Can't wait for AMAZON to come here so this dreadful business can be put out of business. Unacceptable
