My account was Hackked and no help from Takelot

I have had the most frustrating experience with Takelot , my account was hacked I call in I spoke to all these different people they all tell me different things I get a reference number for the Data compliance department as I have questions as to how my account was hacked and purchases made and what about my banking details that were on there I mean this is a serious situation as far as I am concerned and I get told we will escalate but hear nothing what the hell
