My 7 piece nail tool set hasn't arrived, they took my money but didn't deliver.

Two weeks ago I ordered some few things at takealot [3 volkano headphones, a fluffy rug, a ringlight, jumbo acrylics and 7 pieces nail tool set]. I then received an email that one of the items I bought got lost in transit [1 volkanoheadphone]. When I received the package, the missing thing was the 7 piece nail tool set instead of the mentioned product. I wasn't happy with the products and I returned some of them, and got the refund. The only thing that's left now is the 7 nail tool set. Last time I asked for the replacement but they still brought another headphones instead. I even got messages that has links that I should give the residential detail again but it doesn't work.So now all I'm asking for is the refund if the right product can't be delivered. because I'm also running a business
