MXQ Pro TV Box 4K 5G HD Android 11.1 Rocket Processor Chip

I bought a tv box, advertised as dstv preloaded and when I contacted it, dstv was not preloaded only Youtube and Netflix was preloaded. I then downloaded the dstv app, it allows me to log in but doesn’t play. So the Tv box doesn’t play Dstv and showmax as advertised
