Mussing items order ***

I placed an order on the app on the 7/01/2024 and the order was delivered on the 11/01/2024. I only received a box with 1 item and I ordered 3 items, the box was written 3 of 3. I contacted take a lot immediately and they promised to check with the courier company and get back to me. I phoned take a lot 3 times still no feedback as courier it has not rep**** to their email. I asked how long must I wait I was and I was given no time. I want those items or a refund. It's been more than 48hrs now.
