Multiple wrong products delivered. Complete complacency and apathy

I order solar pendant lights and received powered with a plug. It even says on the box with a plug. I returned them after having driven to pick them up. I try order again and the exact same thing happens. Non-solar with a plug. 5 returns in the last year. Wrong order delivered. This company just couldn’t care less
