Multiple Return Attempts And Still Getting Damaged Items

I like to collect Funko Pops and one of the big things that go hand in hand with collecting Funko Pops is the condition of the box. They need to be in pristine condition and the Funko does not leave the box, ever.

I have ordered Funko Pops from Takealot before and the condition of the products were what you would expect from a large retailer. However my latest purchase has just been a nightmare. I received my order on the 26th of Feb and found that the box of my Funko Pop was in terrible condition. I then returned the item and received a replacement product, in the same condition as the first one I got. This was also returned, today I went to pickup Takealot's 3rd attempt at my order and surprise, surprise the box was once again in a terrible condition.

This is just unacceptable from such a large retailer and it high time they get some proper competition here in SA so they are forced to step up their game. I feel most of the people in SA have a bad story relating to Takealot at this point and all of us are counting down the days till Amazon shows them how it is done.
