I recently returned an item twice ( Multi-Function 12V Jump Starter with Air Compressor Pump) both were delivered faulty and then got tired of receiving a faulty product and asked for a refund. The amount refunded was 30% of the amount paid. There is no where one can contact takealot and ask why the short payment.
