Muddy service

I bought mud flaps that were wrong fit and had to log a return and order new ones as the system did not allow for a replacement. Takealot is refusing to credit my account based on a broken seal. Only the packaging was opened when I returned the mud flaps. I have tried to get an explanation from the call centre and I am hitting a brick wall!
