Had the worst service experience my order was cancelled apparently due to “two failed attempts to deliver my order “ while their driver (Simon) advised to call me when he was coming to deliver and he never called, I called him but he told me that he will come back to me which he didn’t call me and they kept on sending messages that they tried to contact me with no luck while they didn’t. Their service is very bad and disgusting and their drivers are ************* they lie for a living. Takealot even have the nerve to send me an email advising my order was cancelled and the item isn’t available anymore. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone even to my dog.
