I bought a TV from your website on the 28 Feb with a few items which added to R14696

The items were delivered in my home on the 2nd of March This past Sunday the 12th we took the tv of its packaging and plugged it in. The TV is damaged as it’s showing cracks from inside A request was logged and now I just saw an email from Senzo N that the TV will be sent back to me because it’s defective. How is it that now expected to keep a tv that is damaged and I got it like that?? I did not even want a refund but a tv that is functional
