MRRN-UD0K5-96WY ****** unhappy

I bought a fan heater that wasnt working then they came to collect it, then instead of replacing it, they sent me a meat fryer, which i didnt ask for , then i asked them to come collect it and either send me my fan heater or refund me and somehow the funds have disappeared. and they now sending me invoices.
