MRRN-e9f8-e480 - COMMUNICATION AND DELIVERY IS WEAK

MRRN-e9f8-e480 Hi, please note I ordered a ice machine for a birthday present, and I chose the one that showed in stock. I received a mail this afternoon that it got lost in transit, now it shows it will only arrive on monday which is rediculous, I need it by saturday. I have tried calling but held on for 30minutes...received the rest of my order now. It is ridiculous. No one calls you nothing, just oops sorry.
