So disappointed in Take-A-Lot

I have ordered a "kids inflatable play center dinosaur swimming pool with slide & waterfall" on Black Friday. The item had a defect and I've returned it to Take-a-lot.

Now, they refunded me, initially gave me two options; - Return the item to the supplier to fix - Refund

The item has a 6-month warranty and they cannot replace it, although they said that they do not have any stock available anymore, which is not true, I have checked Take-a-lot this morning, and the item is still available.

BE CAREFUL ON BLACK FRIDAY DEALS, OR ANY OTHER SPECIALS, THEY SEND YOU DEFECTIVE ITEMS, HOPING THE CLIENT WILL NOT RETURN THE ITEM!!

I will NEVER order from Take-a-lot again, they are dishonest and fast to take your money, however, when it comes to service, they are non-existing!
