If it were possible to give them no stars I would, as a takealot more subscriber I am absolutely appalled at the customer service of lack there of that I place an order of which routine facial products part of the order, getting them on time is important and paying the monthly subscription was to ensure this, they then have an excuse and tell me the order will only arrive on the 4th of July, I let that go I could wait it out, when the order finally arrives they get the order wrong. I then scheduled a return and was returned the next day, since then until I sent an email and enquired about my return the 11th of June no update or anything of that nature is offered. The 18th of June I’m then sent an email telling there out of stock when the item was very clearly still available on the app however the price had been hiked significantly. There simple resolution for making me wait, making me ask for an update and then flat out lying to me was as stupid coupon to the value of the item returned, and the price at this time on the app had already been hiked significantly. Takealot products are not the only thing that fallen in quality standards but evidently in the services they offer.
