I referred a matter back for return as I ordered the wrong item.
I then get the below response stating they have rejected my return and and requested I refer to an email which was never sent to me.
I have called on the two numbers provided no answer on either
I need urgent feedback as I spent a fortune on this headset.

I am currently in the line for 36 minutes with Matthew who seems to have now stepped away fro the phone and let my call run.
He advised he cannot provide me with any managers emails address since this would violate POPI.
He further records that he is unaware of any complaints email address.
Finally he also cannot advise where my headset is.
