MrD courier useless courier service provider - Takelot you are losing loyal customers

I have order stuff from takelot on the Thursday 1st of May, They needed to deliver my stuff, they don't inform me as the customer they don't find my premises so you as the client can guide them to your premises to deliver your good....

I'm a customer for more then 4 years with takelot, regular customer, in this week I already received to of my other orders no problem, the courier MrD that are use are useless.... there is guys that go the extra mile to deliver clients goods, other doesn't event try to get in contact with the client....

Takelot... you guys are gone lose loyal customers because of your courier service provider...... MRD.
