Mr Delivery! great concept poor experiences
I've used Mr delivery a number of times as it is very convenient but I think I've reached my level of frustration! Mr delivery Claremont!!!! Pathetic service on 2 occasions. 1 my order was 2hours late! The second giving me a bowl of rice and regarding it breyani! Today its what clearly states on their website, they don't deliver and this is Tokai! I'm so annoyed! People use this service because of its convenience, when systems are not updated correctly and staff can't provide you with detail. Why does your website state 1 thing and when you call managers have attitudes about where they deliver to! I'm posting this to takealot as Mr delivery is apart of you! My order placed today increased from R208 to R350 how on earth is that possible when I have the latest menu at hand!????

Yes Mr Delivery is our courier partner & delivers many parcels on behalf of takealot, but they however operate independently when it comes to food orders & we can therefore not comment or assist on the issues you've raised. We'll raise this with our courier manager in the morning & ask him to assist if possible or pass this on to someone who can so that the matter can be addressed accordingly.
