Mr Delivery and Takealot- The worst service I have ever received

I ordered goods on the 24th of Novemeber which still have not been delivered. After numerous phone calls I have been told it was an error , incorrect scheduling and other silly excuses. I was told it would definately be delivered today the 4th of December and yet again there has been an error. Their service is absolutely ridiculous and I will never order anything from them again.. the wish app is actually better because they deliver on the date that they post. I have not even been able to track my package online, which is something Mr Delivery and Takealot bost about when promoting their poor services. Do not believe the hype.. they offer a pathetic service. I have spent over R7000 for these items.. this service is totally and utterly unacceptable. I feel like i have been ******.
