Mr D Delivery

I’ve been trying to get hold of Mr D delivery (department that handles the delivery for FNB bank cards) on 5 occasions to no avail. Why send a message stating to call the call Centre to arrange delivery when no one is answering? This service is pathetic and no company should make use of Mr. Delivery
