Mr D Courier fall short of Takealot Excellent Service

<p>In my experience Mr D Courier lack the service excellence to match Takealot. Mr D arranged for</p> <p>delivery of an order and they can only commit to between 8 am and 5 pm expecting the client to wait on them the whole day. A friendly request that it will be helpful to know whether it will be before lunch ie in the morning or in the afternoon fell on deaf ears. That is simply bad planning. I have been in business 33 years and every courier I have ever dealt with was able to commit to either the morning or the afternoon. Takealot I do not think that Mr D Courier match your service excellence so I suggest you take this up with them.</p>
