Most unreliable online store

I honestly think that Takealot is the most unreliable online store. Clearly they have ZERO relationships with suppliers. I have had orders cancelled over and over again. They put items on their store that suppliers cannot supply. They cancel your order but still have the it available on the online store. So disappointed - they do absolutely nothing just send you and email and that's it - they've washed their hands. Terrible customer service.
