Most unprofessional company EVER!!!
This is, by far, the most unprofessional company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!! I paid R100 extra for GUARANTEED Saturday delivery. Guess what? They never showed up - then the courier blamed me for not being at home even though I was at home all day and he didn't even have the common decency to call me. Complaining about the problem did absolutely nothing to resolve it!!! They rescheduled delivery for Monday - if I could have waited until Monday for the item, I wouldn't have paid an extra R100 to get it delivered today!!!

14 Jul 2018, 17:11I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Takealot. I cancelled the order. They are now refusing to refund my money!!! They will take your money and run!! This company *****s their customers' money.
