Most pathetic service I have ever Received!

Takealot has the most pathetic service I have EVER experienced!! I ordered mugs on the 8th of October that was 2 in the pack. when it arrived there was 1 in the box. I called Takealot as I understand people make mistakes and they logged a return for me and said it would have to go back and they would then package 2 for me. The item was fetched and taken back to the warehouse and when it came back to me again SURPRISE still had only 1 in the box so they never fixed anything! I then called again and told them it is still incorrect and they said I had to again log a return, I asked can they not rather just send me the missing mug and they said no it has to be returned, so another return was logged. the next day I then received an email saying that the item is now out of stock, I check on the website and the 2 packs were sold out but the items sold individually were still in stock. I asked that they please just send me one of the individuals they have in stock and I keep the 1 I had and it would then be a 2 pack. Someone then called me on wed 9 November and said they cannot send me the one missing I had to return the item. he said Takealot is very sorry for what has happened and would like to refund my money and give me a gift card to apologize, I stated that I would like them to use the money to get 2 of the individual cups that were still in stock and send them to me the man said it was not a problem and he would arrange that I asked his if the phone call was recorded and could he please guarantee me that I would receive the items he said yes to both and said he would sort everything out and make sure I get my items! So again my item was returned ONLY for me to receive an email yesterday saying that the items are out of stock and my money has been returned, I reply to the email saying I was guaranteed the item and all I get Is a different person every single time replying to my email and saying sorry it not in stock! I am so tired of re-explaining the situation to a different person every time that emails back! one person says one thing and the next person says another! TAKEALOT IS USELESS AND HAS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
