Most pathetic service

The most pathetic service you can imagine from a company. Can't believe they still carry on like they do. Delivered my package a week later without a notice. Package arrived damage. I requested a return. Get the return date. They never did the pick up. Still waiting. And yes you can call them they don't answer. Now they ask me if i did received the package. OMG!!
