Most pathetic poor service delivery I have ever experienced in my life

zero stars actually only it doesn't allow me to not give them no stars So I had a few issues here and there with them before , damaged dirty open perfume , refund problems . But December they took poor pathetic to another level and the service , and trying to get through on the phone almost impossible , then you get no help anyway cause I will call you back nobody does. So here is what happened I ordered something for Christmas on the 12th of December , " delivery " to take place the 17th perfect except it never ever left there warehouse , I called and called emailed and emailed and got zero help the 24th I had to run around to find a replacement gift , on the 30th I get the sms delivery set for the 31st who wants their Christmas gift the 31st of December but needless to say I do understand how logistics works as I worked in logistics for many year so clearly the parcel was ****** and a delay in re-picking and sending it out but the fact that every person I spoke to had no clue what they were talking about . But what really sent me off the edge was I place a order on 26 th December a birthday gift for a child .. delivery date the 31st prefect in time , on the 31st I get a sms I rejected the order but no one even tired to deliver it , the child was disappointed but so much wanted the items was willing to wait for the 2nd so I reschedule the delivery for the 2nd. The 2nd I login and have a look to track my order and the courier will rescheduled and today is the 9th I have not heard one word . I called in the guy I spoke to is still calling me back..since the 31st .. needless to say another disappointment but this time it was child waiting for something that was never going to come. I had to go get something else but that is not the point .
