Most pathetic and unreliable company and service! Almost 3 months to conclude a return!

Absolutely worst service ever received! You guys have been sitting with my Fitbit device that was faulty and still within the warranty period since 26 February and I have been messed around time and time again! Your staff, Sikelwa.N, Raees.S, Michael.B, Nosive.D, Nariema.G, Chad.D have messed me around from one email to the next, and have proved themselves nothing but ***********.
