most pathetic and poor customer service

I bought a kettle from them 1.5 year ago which comes with a 2 year warranty 3 weeks ago the kettle stopped working,i logged a return as the kettle is still under warranty bare in mind the kettle is in fairly good condition.the kettle got to the warehouse and i recieve an email that the return was declined with absolutely no return reason,the kettle was then returned to me a few days later completely broken and in pieces .i have been calling takealot every single day for a return reason and to advise that the kettle came back to me broken ,requested a manager or superviso to contact still awaiting 2 weeks now,i have emails that i send to them every singleday and no one responds Absolutely poor and pathetic services Kettle was declined for what reason i dont know but still under warranty The kettle was then broken and sent to me and no one is willing to assist pathetic
