Most of order missing, no feedback, poor service

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Two thirds of order missing. 14 emails , 3 different people and 6 days later, they still don't know where it is. WTAF? This is what happens when a company thinks it's too big to fail. Reading what others are saying about this business is evidence enough that people will vote with their wallets. Goodbye and good riddance. Hello, Amazon!
