most horrible service

takealot kindly delivered someone else's order to me on 1st of march, i called every single till today 8th march to try and find out about my order. every time i call i get told they will escalate it, the most hilarious part is they tell you they going o escalate it to a manager and when u ask to speak to one they say they not around.. does takealot have no floor managers??? or are they just as useless to assist? can someone please give me feedback regarding the items i purchased or would that be too hard too?
