Mosquito killer lamps

I ordered items via takealot and one of the items was not operating properly. I had to send all back and they only repay me half of the amount of the costs. I'm battling to get my items back and to try to solve the problem but to no avail. Seems to me they don't know what they are doing or what I'm talking about. I would like the items back or full repayment not half of it. 🙈🙈😡😡😡
