more than 3 months and still no stock
Over 3 months ago I opened a takealot account and added an Ipod Nano 16gb blue to my basket. I noticed that the supplier was out of stock and sent in a query to ask when there would be stock available again but was told that they did not know. It has been more than 3 months now and still there is no stock of the product. Either you need to remove it from your online catalogue or change supplier because this is really unacceptable.

We understand your disappointment by the iPod Nano 16GB in Blue being out of stock as it's quite a popular colour. We don't usually remove items from the website when they've sold out as we generally re-stock items again once our suppliers secure more stock. This however depends on the replenishment cycle of the specific supplier. Our complaints team has tried calling you to assist with this matter, but we weren't able to get hold of you. We have an alternative product to suggest and have sent you an email to assist with this matter further.
