More returns than orders, terrible service

Sadly as often as I order from Takealot, as often I have a problem with the product one way or the other. I am aware that Takealot is not manufacturing products, however, a bit more than shipping it around from producer to customer I would expect, especially, if there is the highly visible blue TAKEALOT tape around the packet. I ordered recently a macsafe2 85w charger, what do I get? A macsafe1 60W charger. All what was needed is to check the label on the box it came in!!! So I did a trip to the depot for nothing. Fortunately I checked at the collection point otherwise it would have been another trip to bring the item back and than a 3rd time to fetch the replacement. And I am not alone! In the 5-10 min I was in the depot, at least as many people returned items, than there where people to collect. With this attitude, never mind how friendly and helpful your staff is, customers will get fed-up with this "I don't care" service and move to different online shops. It is frustrating to say the least, and if it would not be for your staff at the depot, I would have given only 2 stars. Unexceptionable!
