More like "Wait-alot"?!?! - Thanks for nothing Takealot!!

Takealot, who I have supported since they started have finally lost me as a customer. It appears I may not be the only one - by the reviews here!? Order placed on 20 December, estimated collection 22. Tracking the order it is now only due on the 30th - no notification, update or reason supp****!!?? Call centre is clueless about the reason - can only say that it is the warehouse responsibility?? Takealot - too big for itself or its customers - another SA success story!!
