I received an order from take alot for a toolbox set of 158 pieces which cost me R1700. I had arranged a collection for the item to be returned as their were 5 pieces (tools) missing. I called these useless call centre and they tell me that the order was collected from me but there was no one at their warehouse to confirm the receipt there of. I then have phoned continuosly there after as I wanted the R1700 to be put back as credit on my takealot account. I am still waiting for the credit and it's been almost 2 weeks. ***! I have logged numerous calls that have been kastig been escalated to management.... Yeah right. Give me a direct ****ing number to management so that I can call them myself.
