Monique Marais Tel: *** Ref no: Request #***8 I am very dissapointed with takealot as they delivered 2 of my parcels but the third one was not delivered, it has been 6 days since i phoned on 15th of december 2023 and reported it and no feedback has been given to me, i also phoned again yesterday 19th of december 2023 all they say is they are busy investigating and still no feedback, this is not my fault and this is a present for one of the kids for christmas.
