Money taken without product

Not sure how our best online shopping site turned into such a disgrace, i am a regular customer of takealot, bad service started in Nov 17, i ordered some gifts i never received them everyday i follow up oh delivery wasn't made due to high volume, due to weather.... so i thought i would give you a second chance i pre - ordered a dvd paid for it hanged for about 10 min felt unsave and closed the page.... now you have received my money but the order says COD i have given on 2 occations 2 different proof of payments and now still you cant pick up the payment, a little pathetic if you ask me... so after this you want me to give you my card number.... sorry that is the same practise as i would give you my bank account number.... proof was given i want this sorted.... to add to the insult been going on for 3 days now. Also please send SHEENA SOLOMON for some phone ethics...
