Money gone down the drain on Lenovo ideapad!

If i could give a negative rating I would! I bought a Lenovo Ideapad in April 2019 and after about 2 months it stopped working. When i returned it to them they delivered it back to me. I sent countless emails but they just gave me excuses as to why they can't refund it or replace it. Til this day I'm still stuck with this laptop from Takealot.com that does not work. My money gone down drain. I am absolutely disgusted by Takealot.com and will NEVER NEVER EVER buy anything from Takealot.com ever again!!! They have lost a customer for good!
