Money deducted but no ebook in digital library!

I am very disappointed with [URL Removed]<br> <br> I bought an ebook and paid via credit card. On the order it says the book is delivered to digital library but there is nothing in the digital library. I called the call centre, was taken from pillar to post until I was promised the book will be available by 12 as they didn't get a link for download from the supplier. After 12 I called to follow up and I'm told I'm getting my refund but, (wait for it) it will only be reflected in my account in 3-5 days! Are you kidding me? It took less than a 30 seconds for the money to go off of my account but now I have to wait 3-5 days? I am not happy!! This is my first ebook purchase and will definitely be the last!!
