Modio M7 Tablet return

I have been a takealot client for many years and always had good experiences with their service but this time around I am highly disappointed by the manner in which my return order is addressed. I logged a return 29 July 2020 and it was picked up and an assessment was done and concluded as declined, I mentioned that the modio M7 tablet is extremely slow to download apps and once downloaded the apps do not open. The entire operating system is slow and I want my refund because this is a *******. I will stop buying from you until mess is sorted out, and your call center staff is useless and require loads of customer service training. I will keep returning this item until I get my money back. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
