Mobility walker defective and return a nightmare!!

The last time I order anything from Takealot, received a damaged mobility walker for my mom. Logged a return, phoned to confirm the return and was told it will arrive today. I phone to confirm, oh no, only arriving next week, the person I spoke to gave me the wrong info. Do now another week I have to wait for a product I paid for which I could have bought from another supplier and had the item same day. Another week that my mother is now immobile!
