Mobile WiFi Router Shock

Ordered a 4g/5g Mobile WiFi Router , received a very , very used router !!!! Shocked to say the least ! They also didn't refund the express collection charge that I paid for not so express collection advice , more than 1 day ? My first purchase with Takealot & needless to say my last !!!
