Mixed up orders - call centre no picking up my calls.

Good Morning,

I clicked on the wrong order for my return but I sent the one that was meant to be returned.

I was supposed to return order #***6 (PlayStation 4 500GB Console + 3 Games and 90 Days PSN Voucher (PS4)) a PS4 because it was faulty, but I clicked on order #***1 which contained "Charging Dock Compatible for Playstation 4 Charging Station PS4 Charging Dock (Stand)"

Please, please help me. Change the return in your system to "PlayStation 4 500GB Console + 3 Games and 90 Days PSN Voucher (PS4)"

The delivery guy took the PlayStation yesterday (26st October 2021).
