Mistreated by Takealot Compliance Team

I have just started selling on take a lot; about 8 days. The experience was good up until I loaded a product which i was unaware that it needed licensing. Takealot do share information that counterfeit goods are prohibited and I honestly did not want to cross that line since I value my business there. I was sent an email and I was told to respond in an hour, failing to do that my account will be suspended. I was busy with business at that time, since it was late in a day already, I saw my messages and responded the following day @8. I was immediately been told that my account is suspended. I tried to apologies and submitted how I will remedy the situation in the future to avoid it from happening, but they immediately responded that my account is formally terminated. It appeared like their Compliance department is a robot and they are just responding on how they are wired. I know its their platform, but find it very harsh and inconsiderate that my account is just terminated like that even with no warning.
