Mistake by takealot

I am very disappointed in takealot this time. I bought from them the instant hot water mixer last year without any problems. On the 27 January 2024 i bought another one mine broke. I ordered the desk mounting and received a wall mounting. I opened the box and plastic i wanted to fit it i didn't see throu the plastic it was the wrong one. . What a surprise i got a wall unit. I immediately went on the app and let them now. I put it back in the plastic and box. They came and picked it up and then the out come surprise me...... they can't refund me because i opened the package. But its was there fault the send me the wrong one. So they delivered the same one to me yesterday now i can't use that one. I think it was very unprofessional because they made a mistake and didn't even say sorry it was our fault. Please if you buy from them please make sure if it is possible to see if it was wat you orderd.
