Missled by takealot

I placed an order on the 26 of Nov 2023 and received it on 05 Dec 2023 all items was too small and was returned the next day a refund was processed according to the take alot app but when called the call centre several times since 09 Dec 2023 i was told that a refund was never processed i have lost all credibillity in Take alot because i have to jump through hoops to get my money back wich i paid cash on delivery today is day 9 and still no refund processed oder number is To crown everything i am still waiting for a Manger to call me back for the last 4 days
