Missleading the Public

Placed an order online on 01/06/2020 for Hikvision 16 Channel 1080p HD CCTV System Complete for R7799. The delivery was shipped on the 04/06/2020 and arrived the evening of 05/06/2020. I checked the order and noticed it was not in its usual takealot packaging and that the HDDrive was missing and reported it as soon as I could figure out how to do a return on the 06/06/2020. As soon as I placed my request the price jumped up to R 9799. I am just upset that there is either theft going on within the delivery system or the suppliers of Takealot are not checking what they are sending or sending incomplete orders and then increasing the price knowing that the goods will be returned to them to sell back at a higher price. Someone should investigate as surely it's wasting a lot of money for Takelot. Takelot has since returned the R7799 but all I had requested for was to have the HDDrive to be sent to me.
